As figurehead of the organization Ali has the responsibility and ability to run the Healthcare ship safely through rough and turbulent waters of Business Ocean . His ability to solve all issues peacefully and amicably with internal and external customers makes him a truly admired and loved leader.
Omar D Sheikh, Co-Founder and President: With over 27 years of management experience with multinational companies in the Middle East region Omar has served at senior management positions with Allergan Inc. of Irvine CA USA, ZEISS of Germany, Middle East Bank of UAE and United Bank Ltd. for Middle East, Central & West Africa, Near East Asia, India and Pakistan regions.
A leader with hands on approach Omar's true strength and forte is his ability to build teams by working very closely with his colleagues and peers. He is responsible for providing the company with strategic direction and market planning.

Total strength at our UAE head quarters is 45. Our UAE sales and marketing teams consist of 34 people. Out of these we have a team of 8 dedicated sales consultants that directly call upon skin and hair care salons
Our 2006 marketing / business plan provides for an addition of 10 sales consultants to our teams in different segments of business
